EMBS GOLD Resource Center The EMBS GOLD Resource Center provides information and data on upcoming and past workshops, conferences and seminars. Scientific writing skills (free) At the EMBC 2009 conference in Minneapolis, a session on "Scientific writing" was held. Prof. Dr. Mike Newman, Chief Editor of the EMB Magazine, Prof. Dr. Bruce Wheeler, Chief Editor of IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering, and Dr. Matthias Reumann gave an overview on structure and methods of scientific writing as well as the editors and reviewers point of view on scientific articles.
